About the Role
Fix and coordinate customer appointments (physical and virtual) for Sales teams. Track, confirm, and follow up on meetings, demos, trials, and application discussions. Coordinate proposal completion and action points between Sales, Application, Engineering, and Customers. Maintain accurate lead, meeting, and follow-up status in CRM. Assist with follow-up emails, MOMs, proposal tracking, and internal coordination.
