Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, dispatch, and accounts departments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations to customers. 

• Follow up on inquiries and orders. 

• Inbound and outbound Sales

• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and deliveries. 

• Process sales orders and maintain records. 

• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries. 

• Track payments and follow up with customers when required. 

• Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
