Sales Consultant (Vietnamese)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales interactions via calls, chat, email, or face-to-face (if applicable)


• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services


• Achieve individual and team sales targets and conversion goals


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships


• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of opportunities


• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems


• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue


• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and sales processes
