• Proven experience in giving customer presentations, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage complex client projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with architectural or construction solutions is an advantage
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Architectural specifier sales
• A working knowledge and established relationships with Architects
• A track record of effective presentation of products to an audience of construction specifiers, architects, engineers, main contractors, ACMV(aircon) contractors and sub-installers
