Job Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire new customers for RHB Bank's Personal Financing products through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers to recommend suitable Personal Financing solutions that align with their requirements and financial capacity.
• Achieve and exceed assigned individual sales targets for Personal Financing products, including loans, credit cards, and other related services.
• Prepare and process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
