About the Role

Responsible for promoting and selling merchandise directly to the consumer/customer and going out for business to promote the merchandise in stock.

Key Responsibilities: Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets Interacting with customers on a daily basis Describes products features and benefits to clients Product knowledge Attending to and resolving customer queries Stock control and inventory of goods Dealing with complaints, exchanges, returns and credits Must be target driven at all times Perform business activities and transaction ethically and morally Focus on customer satisfaction and communicate with customers on time Assisting with stock taking if and when required Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric Experience: Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in a same or similar role Benefits (Applicable once permanently employed ) Employer to contribute 3% of basic salary towards Liberty provident fund.
