About the Role
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Supporting customers throughout the order-to-delivery process.
Processing orders and managing sales administration activities in SAP.
Coordinating deliveries and stock availability with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries.
Managing warranty exchanges, returns, and credit/debit note processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Driving process efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications & ExperienceSecondary education, vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification.2–4 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, order management, logistics support, or a similar role.
