About the Role
Analyze all the market’s ongoing projects and segregate the potential projects that he/she can change the OE Specs.
Coordinate with the site project management/QC and the consultant for alternatives until final approval.
Coordinate with the technical document control team for material submittal preparation until approval.
Hand over the project details and approvals to the line manager and advise the awarded joinery.
Full understanding about Company price strategy vs. competitors.
Weekly visit plan report to be submitted for site visits.
Handing over all client samples as per the specs.
Qualifications
- Civil or Architectural Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
