As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goalsHelp customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budgetDispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens careMaintain accurate customer and patient recordsCommunicate order status and answer incoming phone callsKeep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standardsSupport inventory control and loss prevention proceduresOther duties as assignedHow would you like Sundays off? Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
