About the Role
Responsibilities
- a) Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service
- b) Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved
- c) Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc
- d) Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork
- e) Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times
- f) Upkeep shop and maintain display standards
- g) Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/ requirements
- h) Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction
