About the Role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
- Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
- Responsible for effective site administration which includes site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
- Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed
- Ensure smooth job operations
- Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
- Other duties as assigned
- Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial
- Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
