About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Account Management: Identify, prospect, and convert new project opportunities in enterprise cabling and M&E ELV systems across commercial and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers, and end-users
  • Grow a portfolio of recurring accounts through regular client engagement and value-added service
  • Solution Selling & Technical Consultation: Conduct site surveys, assess project requirements, and recommend appropriate cabling infrastructure or ELV system solutions
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations tailored to client specifications
  • Liaise with internal technical teams and brand principals to scope and price solutions accurately
  • Project Pipeline & Tender Management: Track, qualify, and manage active project pipelines using CRM tools
