Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide information about features, specifications.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock situations to the management team.
• Assist in receiving and processing shipments, including unpacking and shelving merchandise.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
