Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UAE automotive garage operations
• Experience in B2B sales, fleet, logistics and corporate clients
• Ability to prepare quotations, pricing and service packages
• Hands-on experience in sales pipeline, CRM management
• Experience in field sales and territory management
• Ability to manage sales reports, targets and performance tracking
• Strong coordination with operations workshop teams
• 2-5 years of experience in automotive / garage / spare parts / service sales in the UAE
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong network within fleet companies, logistics, or corporate clients
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
• Strong closing skills
• You must know how to sell
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
