Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders, unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and putting it away in the warehouse.
• Merchandising displays to a high standard in the branch.
• Experience in the Plumbing & Heating Industry is essential.
• Proven experience in a face‑to‑face sales/customer service position.
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first approach.
• Great team player and willing to support in all areas of the branch.
