Jimmy Fairly has been delivering stylish, affordable glasses across Europe and the UK since 2010. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to help provide exceptional customer service and support store operations.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual and has extensive knowledge of current fashion and trends, and is confident in engaging and styling customers.

• Provide an amazing in‑store experience using optometrist recommendations to build perfect product solutions.

• Achieve high commercial efficiency, meet monthly targets and personal KPIs.
• Build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the collection and brand iconic pieces.
