Responsibilities

• Handling clients for key residential projects
• Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients.
• Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and closing transactions with clear understanding of the market.
• Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales.
• Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader business targets.
• Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve velocity and volumes.

Relationship Management

• Handling customer queries for better customer relationships.
• Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from the existing customers to achieve business goals.
