About the Role

We are seeking dynamic Sales Ambassadors to join the onboard retail team of a leading international cruise line. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to travel the world while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales across luxury retail and lifestyle products.

Requirements:

  • English and Italian at C1 level, plus an additional European language (Spanish or French at B2 level)
  • Secondary school diploma or degree in Tourism, Languages or Humanities
  • At least 1 year experience in Retail/Sales with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and stakeholder management abilities
