Colabz is expanding its commercial team and we’re looking for ambitious sales agents who understand how to open doors, build relationships, and close opportunities in the UAE market.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in B2B sales, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers, and motivated by performance-based growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and approaching potential clients across the UAE
• Following up with inbound leads generated through our marketing channels
• Building strong relationships with business owners, marketing teams, and agencies
• Presenting our digital and creative solutions in a clear, professional way
• Managing leads from first conversation to closing
• Working closely with our internal team to create the right opportunities for each client
