Training description:
Working closely with the Account Manager.trainee will learn how to manage client relationships.support ongoing projects and contribute to business growth through effective communication.Coordination and customer engagement. Training duration will be 6 months & will include:
Rotating among the various LOBs - BTS, INT, CSS and S&SS – as well as key support departments like Finance, Admin and AR.This will allow to gain full orientation and a comprehensive knowledge of our operational processes.After this foundation is established, the candidate shall be dedicated fully to one or two Account Managers to acquire hands-on experience and learn different client management styles. Qualifications & Conditions:
Educational BG: Bachelor’s in business administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.Languages: Arabic / English
