About the Role

Training​ description:

  • Working closely with the Account Manager.

  • trainee will learn how to manage client relationships.

  • support ongoing projects and contribute to business growth through effective communication.

  • Coordination and customer engagement.
  • Training duration will be 6 months & will include:

  • Rotating among the various LOBs - BTS, INT, CSS and S&SS – as well as key support departments like Finance, Admin and AR.

  • This will allow to gain full orientation and a comprehensive knowledge of our operational processes.

  • After this foundation is established, the candidate shall be dedicated fully to one or two Account Managers to acquire hands-on experience and learn different client management styles.
  • Qualifications & Conditions:

  • Educational BG: Bachelor’s in business administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

  • Languages: Arabic / English
