About the Role

Responsibilities




  • Handle Customer enquiries and complaints

  • Prepare sales orders and quotations

  • Follow-up on order delivery

  • Provide operational & administrative support to sales team

  • Strengthen customer relationship

  • Managing the filing system and clerical support



  • Requirements




  • Form 6 or above

  • Good in communication & telephone manner

  • Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin

  • Well organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Good command in MS Office

  • Working knowledge in MS Dynamic AX or common ERP system will be an advantage but not essential

  • Fresh graduated are welcome

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
