About the Role

• Process paperwork including sales orders, invoices, quotes, and customer contracts.

• Maintain records by updating client details and sales data in the company system.

• Coordinate logistics between the sales team, warehouse, and finance departments.

• Handle inquiries from clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms.

• Schedule activities such as client meetings, team calendars, and travel plans.

• Generate reports regarding monthly sales figures and team performance tracking.
