Responsibilities
- Generate leads via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Pitch services to international clients. Build and maintain client relationships
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B / BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable with night shift & onsite work
- Resident of islamabad or Rawalpindi will be preffered
- salary + Plus 7-10% Commission in dollars on every sale
