Salaried GP (PCN)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive GP to join our multi‑disciplinary team for 4‑5 sessions per week.

Key points: Strong team ethos underpinned by Christian values, supports social and sports events; 4 appointments per hour; no duty doctor – overflow managed by shared team of GPs and AHPs; innovative supervisory GP model for acute and routine care; home visits largely conducted by paramedics; regular teaching from external consultants with protected CPD lunch.

• Ability to manage clinical uncertainty and risk in own clinical practice and while potentially supervising a team of allied health professionals.
