Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide a high-quality security service within Rowanbank Clinic.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors at Rowanbank Clinic and ensure queries are dealt with or redirected to the relevant person.
  • Ensure that all persons entering and leaving are authorised to do so.
  • Monitor and respond to system alarms by investigating reasons, initiating responses, and monitoring responses where appropriate.
