Safety Coordinator

1. Key Responsibilities of a Safety Coordinator cum Solar Panel Supervisor on Construction Sites 2. Safety Management & Compliance a. Develop and implement site-specific safety policies in line with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and BCA guidelines b. Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, ISO standards, and company safety protocols c. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain safe work practices 3. Risk Assessment & Hazard Control a. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards b. Recommend and implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks c. Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, confined spaces, and electrical installations 4. Incident Management a. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions b.
