About the Role

Position Summary: The Safety Coordinator ensures a safe workplace and OSHA compliance by collaborating with Operations Personnel to implement proactive, behavior-based safety practices. Key responsibilities include fostering personal accountability, preventing incidents, and conducting audits and risk assessments to sustain regulatory and company compliance.



Essential Functions:


+ Conduct audits, hazard analysis of project operations, and assist in updating and maintaining company safety manual.

+ May provide training for New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, Competent Person and other OSHA mandated training Asbestos.

+ Responsibilities are focused on maintaining the safest possible workplace and OSHA Compliance.

+ Hands-on and interact with our field personnel and management team daily.
