SAFETY COORDINATOR

AUE STAFFING, Inc. Is looking to hire staff to patrol interior and exterior areas to detect and address safety hazards or suspicious activity.

Monitor safety systems (Closed Circuit Television CCTV, alarms, access control) and respond to incidents.

Provide guest escorts, wayfinding, and emergency assistance with relevant contracted services as needed.

Operate radio communications using proper protocol and call signs.

Serve as dispatcher and point-of-contact at the Event Safety Office. Maintain logs, including Daily Log, Shift Briefings, and Incident Reports.

Review Event Order Confirmations (EOCs), dock plans, and daily reports. Coordinate with emergency medical teams and law enforcement during events.

Enforce proper reporting and documentation of all emergency incidents.

Open and secure the building according to event schedules.

Oversee access to secure areas and control door locking/unlocking.
