Safety Coordinator [HR- 14905]

Shirley Parsons is partnered with a leading organization to identify a Safety Coordinator to support a large-scale distribution center project in the Chicago area. This individual will serve as the primary safety representative on site, responsible for driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance across all contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce site-wide safety programs in alignment with OSHA and company standards
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses (JHAs)
• Facilitate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for field personnel
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions
