Responsibilities

As a Safety Assurance Analyst you’ll be at the heart of how we monitor and improve landlord health and safety compliance across the business. You’ll play a key role in protecting our G1 rating by ensuring we have the right data, insight and assurance in place to keep our customers safe and our homes compliant.

You’ll support teams by turning complex data into clear, actionable insight, analysing performance across key compliance areas such as heating, fire, electrical, asbestos, water and lifting equipment (LOLER), and by identifying trends, gaps and risks before they become issues.
