RSAP Support Worker

Location: South East London (Croydon, Crystal Palace, Lewisham, Lambeth & Newham)

Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Hybrid working pattern: 2 days per week based in the head office, 3 days providing floating support across services in South East London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 14 tenants across 78 bed spaces.
• Deliver person-centred support to clients residing in supported accommodation.
• Complete support plans, risk assessments, reviews, and other associated documentation.
• Provide regular key working sessions focused on achieving positive outcomes.
• Support clients to progress through the housing pathway and secure permanent accommodation.
• Assist clients with accessing benefits, healthcare, employment, training, and community services.
