RQ00585 - Business Analyst - Senior

The purpose of this procurement is to procure two Business Analysts for the Primary Care initiative. Must haves: 7+ years working experience as a Business Analyst on Health care/IT projects 3+ years of working experience on medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives Responsibilities: Work with lines of Agency assets such as Primary Care Information Exchange (PCIE), (business, architects, developers, UI and UX designers to collect and analyze requirements (i.e. business, integration, interface, data, and non-functional requirements) for new builds, enhancements) Work with both primary care vendors and Agency asset product owners to create/update/refine user stories, leverage techniques to drive out business priorities and maintain backlog. Contribute to agile sprint reviews, product demos and retrospectives.
