ROW Renewals & Acquisitions Manager

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced ROW Renewals & Acquisitions Manager to join us in a full-time capacity in our Kansas City, MO office.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the Kansas City, MO office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The ROW Renewals & Acquisitions Manager will support the ROW contract management function by creating a centralized repository of all underlying right of way authorizations, cataloguing due dates or other critical dates and reviewing and analyzing all legal authority governing rights of ways providing initial due diligence on new agreement requirements.
