Room Leader – Winchester Day Nursery

Salary: £30,804.80 – £36,587 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience).

Location: Winchester (close to Junction 9 on M3, 10 minutes walking from Winchester train station and 5 minutes from bus station).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.
• Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and legislative requirements.
• Support and develop staff in their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level3 or above Early Years qualification.
