Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and prepare guest rooms by making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities to meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Guest Services: Respond to guest requests for additional items, services, or information, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
• Stock Management: Ensure that housekeeping carts are stocked with necessary supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
