The ROI Coordinator works closely with the sales organization and various support teams throughout the company to compile return on investment collateral using customer utilization and key financial impact metrics. In this role, you will become proficient in Microsoft Excel and have the opportunity to create customer-facing material. Other duties include processing metrics requests from field sales for the various products customers own, and leading or assisting with additional projects.n
