Road Transport Forwarder

• Maintain customer communication and negotiate transport rates


• Coordinate and record freight and transport costs


• Book, schedule, and manage shipments


• Oversee bookings with subcontractors in line with customer agreements


• Track shipments and provide track & trace updates


• Resolve logistical issues related to shipments


• Manage and maintain required transport documentation


• Maximize profitability by optimizing loading processes and coordinating with carriers


• Handle invoicing
