RN/LPN - MAT - SUD

The MAT nurse for our upcoming Substance Use Disorders program will be a key member of the outpatient addiction treatment team. They will provide comprehensive care for our (predominantly opioid/opioid and other, addicted) patients. This will include screening, diagnosis, and treatment (including the administration of long acting injectables), as well as collaborative care involving other medical and mental health professionals. In addition, there will be an in-person and triage component. Come in on the ground floor of an exciting new initiative to better serve patients struggling with addiction in Southern Chester County. Bring your passion and experience to serve a deserving population within a compassionate, cohesive organization in an underserved area. This position is eligible for the NURSE Corps Loan Repayment Program. The program provides loan repayment in exchange for employment in critical shortage areas, such as LCH.
