**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Shift Coordinator RN, you will provide crucial administrative and staffing coordination for our nursing units, consistent with your scope of licensure and organizational policies.
Every day, you will act as the on-site Administrative Supervisor in the absence of Department Directors, providing leadership and oversight for the facility. You will be responsible for coordinating staffing for the nursing units, utilizing your knowledge of staffing patterns, skill mix, and acuity to ensure appropriate coverage. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Organization's Mission and Core Values, contributing to strategic plans and Care Management Initiatives.
