**Summary:**
**The Department Pool RN responsibilities include:**
+ Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
+ Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
+ Responsible for professional accountability and development
+ Position fills needs within the OR, CVOR, CVICU and Cath Lab departments
For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room
