Registered Nurse - Birth Center and Pediatrics

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Every third weekend / Holiday Rotation - Christmas. Scheduled shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description: This position accepts the responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care with the multidisciplinary team while using the nursing process and maintaining professional nursing standards. Birth Center and Pediatrics are considered sister units and staff float are expected to float between these units.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the patient's physical, psychosocial, environmental, spiritual, social and education needs, documenting patient/family responses to nursing interventions.
