Description: The unit consists of 18 beds. The day shift is staffed by 4 CNC and varies by day, along with 16-18 RNs and 16-18 CSTs. The night shift includes 2 RNs and 2 CSTs. Patient ratios are 1:1. The equipment includes surgical equipment needed for different case types and an XI robot. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Candidates must be strong in skills and knowledge and work at a fast pace. We perform all case types except transplants. Call is required on weekends. Dress code includes light blue scrubs.
