RN - Operating Room - MGH

Per diem day/evening/night rotation that includes weekends, holidays
and on-call.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year OR RN experience.
Collaborative GYN/GU Operating Room Team dedicated to providing safe, high-quality surgical care. Specializing in complex gynecologic and genitourinary procedures, utilizing advanced technology and coordinated teamwork to support optimal patient outcomes.
Summary
Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
