UNC Medical Center is hiring New Grad Nurses to join our Amazing General Medicine Team!
About The Unit:
+ 24-bed unit
+ Patient Ratio 1:4
+ Unit specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of complex, non-surgical adult conditions, such as severe respiratory issues, gastrointestinal diseases, and multi-system chronic comorbidities
Position Details
+ 36 hours per week
+ Rotating day/night shifts + weekends
+ Self-scheduling to balance individual and unit needs
+ Must be eligible for RN licensure in North Carolina prior to start
New Graduate Residency Program Eligibility:
+ Final semester nursing students or graduates within the past 12 months
+ Less than 6 months of RN experience
