- Number of beds on unit: 48 beds (23 Level 3 beds and 25 Level 2 beds
- Patient population (age, diagnosis, specifics about unit): Prematurity, Hypoglycemia, Transient tachypnea, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Feeding difficulties/Delays, Medication Withdrawal, and Whole Body Cooling
- Typical Nurse to Patient ratio: 1:1 to 1:3
