Registered Nurse (RN) - Day/Night Rotate

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our acute care unit for a 13-week contract position. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, primarily managing cases related to CHF, COPD, cellulitis, cholecystitis, appendicitis, pneumonia, urosepsis, and acute kidney injury. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including titration of heparin drips based on APTT results.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Supervise and support nursing aides and patient care technicians on the unit.
• Participate in charge nurse duties as assigned on the unit.
