Risk Specialist - Claims

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitate risk assessments and support teams to identify and test controls.
• Manage risk incidents, including triage, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee the use of FMG’s risk tool (Resolver) to ensure risks and controls are accurately captured and maintained.
• Provide practical advice and tools to support risk thinking and capability.
• Contribute to FMG’s Operational Risk and Compliance Committee (ORCC) through reporting and insights.

What you’ll bring:

• A working understanding of Claims and insurance products
• An understanding of risk principles would be an advantage
