The Risk Manager role follows the introduction of the electronic risk management system and works with the Quality & Patient Safety Team to provide accurate and efficient operation and maintenance of risk‑management administration systems and processes for serious events and coroners. The role supports services and the wider hospital in sharing, learning and improving, and collaborates with Regional and National Health NZ Risk teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk‑management principles across all services within the Waikato District.
