Responsibilities

• Code medical records (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) and review documentation & assign correct codes
• Collaborate with providers to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain records & follow guidelines

Risk Adjustment Medical Coder Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active PRC license or any medical allied courses
• Active certification: CPC/CCS/CRC/COC
• 1+ year risk adjustment coding experience
