About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare shop drawings, fabricate drawing, As‑built drawings
- Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
- Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking‑off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
- Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub‑contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.
- Bachelor in construction‑related, civil engineering field
- Good Communications skill
- Knowledge of structural will be beneficial
- Academic in relevant structure steel, building/engineering
- Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage
- Proficiency in Tekla Software, Autocad
